COLORS AND MOODS |

We all, from the most simple animals to the most complex human beings feel changes in our mood when we find ourselves immerse in different color atmospheres. Far from being a bad thing, this characteristic indicates our ability to flow with the environment. Fighting against that or trying to deny this phenomenon can only bring negative consequences. However, it is possible to change some elements around us to make thing go in our benefit.
Several experiments have been performed during the last years proving the power of colors. One of those tests consisted in painting three classrooms in different colors; one of them in grey, another one in green and the last one in red. The children attending to the grey room didn’t experience any changes in their behavior, whereas the children from the green room showed a slight decrease in the number of their fights. However, the children in the red room became more aggressive and impatient. The school principal soon decided to paint all the classrooms in green and everything came back to normality. This test has been carried out in many other places, such as office buildings and factories, and the results have been similar.
This influence that colors have on people can also be detected on other life forms, and it is another proof of the magical dimension that we all share. Not only people al capable to feel, animals and plants also have moods that get “printed” on everything around them. This way, the aura resulting from an intensely lived experience will remain inside certain elements that have a greater ability to record emotions and vibrations. This is the base for any love potion. The ingredients in those potions are not exclusive because of their taste or smell, but because they act as an sponge that can pick up one moment’s feeling and release it when it is needed, the same as a sponge does with water.
