HOW TO CLEAN MY AURA

Every life form has an amount of energy that comes from its inside. This energy is called aura.

A clean aura is necessary to keep your life in harmony and health. Many modern diseases which did not exist in the past come from an unbalance in people’s aura.

There are several methods to clean your aura and it is important to choose the right time to use them. The one that I show here can be used any day of the month, since it does not depend on the moon phase. Besides, it is perfect if you want to remain at your home’s intimacy.

How to clean my aura?

Enter your home’s most silent room and light a candle, which should be white, if you can. You must turn off every lamp and any other light source from the outside, to make sure that the only light that you receive comes from the candle. This is easier if you cast this spell at night, but it can also be done during the day if you completely block the sunlight.

Once you light the candle, close your eyes and put your hands on a non-metallic cold surface. This surface can be a piece of marble, a glass or anything you have at home.

When you feel the cold in your hands, open your eyes, put out the candle avoiding blowing at it and place a bowl of hot water in front of you. Pour some scented marine salt into the hot water. You can use marine salt with lavandula and rosmarinus essence among others, but there many others that you can use.

You can heat as much water as you want and have a bath in it, using a bathtub, but if you don’t have one, you can also dip a white cloth into the salty water and rub it against your body, starting by your feet and finishing with your neck and face. It is important to follow this order and not the opposite one.

If you follow these steps once every month, always during the same moon phase, you will gradually achieve a better aura harmony, opening your chakras and you will feel how your energy flows through your body with more strength.
